Weigh In #2

Start weight:229lbs
Current weight: 227lbs
Lost weight:2lbs

I have lost 2lbs since my last weigh in. I have worked out this weeek and I am gaining cofidence in my goal. I need to start plannng my meals even though I eat in a cafeteria there is a deli section and a salad bar so thats where i am going to try to eat eat only from to see where it takes me for this week.
